We grow >>>>> heactares of cider fruit for two different cider mills. Dabinet and Michelin are our two main varieties, we do also have an orchard of earlier fruiting varieties including Vicky and Hannah.

Our apples are harvested from mid September through to November. The shaker removes the apples from the tree and they are then harvested from the floor.

Cider apples have been here on Instone for over 100 years, however as times have changed our standard orchards have been replaced with newer plantations.
